KIN joins Michelin-recommended street food brand - Twins Liangpi Limited in the creation of this Mala Delighted Casserole with Abalone featuring sustainable seafood, free-range chicken, hormone-free pork and other organic ingredients bursting with unique flavors, together with Twins’s signature homemade spicy sauce and icy cold glass noodles.
And also Twins Liangpi Limited wanted to offer a unique surprise to their customers so that they have exclusively prepared a secret sesame sauce broth for KIN, allowing the chewy bean skin, meat, and vegetables to absorb the rich and fragrant sesame soup. The combination is seamless and harmonious. Additionally, they provide a special chili oil made with Sichuan peppercorns, Indian peppers, and lantern peppers. Customers can choose the desired amount of chili oil, creating a fiery and stimulating flavor that can be customized to their liking.
Ingredients: 8 Abalones, 8 Dried Oysters, 8 Hokkaido scallops, 16 Thai tiger prawns, hormone-free pork belly, free-range chicken, shiitake mushrooms, fish balls, lotus root, radish, bean curd skin, baby bok choy, and the two sisters' icy cold noodles.
Recommended heating method:
- After pouring in the soup base, boil on high heat for 10 min.
- After boiling on high heat, reduce to medium heat and continue heating for 10-15 min until it is boiled.
(Due to different stove output rates, cooking time may vary and should be adjusted accordingly.)

KIN盆菜建議加熱方法:
1) 倒入湯底後,大火煮10分鐘,
2) 大火煮後轉中火加熱10-15分鐘至盆菜徹底煮沸即可食用。
